Changes Have Been Made That Affect The Global Template. Customizations stored in word’s default global template (normal.dot) are automatically loaded into word’s memory space when word starts and unloaded when word exits. Changes have been made that affect the global template, normal.dot do you want to save the changes.
Do you wish to save those changes? is an important warning. If you find multiple normal.dotm files or a ~normal.dotm file then delete those too. Click on file locations in the word preferences.
